About Us
Duncan MacDonald has been involved with business succession for over 25 years. He has assisted clients with businesses worth $200,000 and $15,000,000 and everything in between. He has represented owners in crystallizing the value of their businesses in a variety of industry sectors transferring businesses to family, employees and outsiders.
Duncan attended the first Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants Conference on Succession Planning in November, 2008.
In the week of August 23, 2010 he also attended sessions on the latest techniques in Business Valuations provided by the US National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (“NACVA”) in Providence, Rhodes Island.
Duncan has enjoyed serving his community by donations of money and time, serving on executives and acting as a board member, to a number of local, provincial and national - non profits, political and professional organizations.
